60%-less-salt tuna in water; (1 can) drained |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine water and broccoli mixture in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil;
cover, reduce heat to medium-high, and cook 6 minutes, stirring once.
Remove from heat. Add nonfat sour cream alternative and tuna to broccoli
mixture, and toss well. Yield: 3 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
