INGREDIENTS

4 lb Watermelon, chilled
3 T Fresh ginger root, pureed
or more to taste
2 T Fresh lime juice
Water
Sugar, to taste
Crushed ice, to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the watermelon in wedges, remove and discard the rind and seeds.
Blend the flesh in a food processor with the ginger and lime juice.
Add water if the mixture is too thick. Add extra sugar, if needed.
