INGREDIENTS

1 c Chicken stock
1 c Whipping cream
3 sm Piec raw chicken
3 sm Potatoes; peeled and boiled
1 tb Lemon juice
1 Carrot; thinly sliced
1 Stick celery; thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Simmer the stock and cream for a minute then add the chicken pieces. Simmer
for 7 minutes (no need to pre-seal the chicken). Add the boiled potatoes
and lemon juice and simmer for another minute.
Add the carrot and celery and season, then serve.
