Nuts; finely chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cream butter, margarine, confectioner's sugar,
and vanilla thoroughly. Stir in flour and salt. Dough will start to cling
together like pie crust dough. mix in nuts. (May chill dough at this point)
Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 10
minutes. Cookies should not be brown on top. Bottoms will be lightly
browned. Let cool on baking sheet for 2-3 minutes. Roll in confectioner's
sugar and place on wire rack. Cool. Roll in confectioner's sugar one or two
more times.
