INGREDIENTS

1 t Olive oil
4 Weke filets – cleaned
Salt and pepper
1 c Diced papaya
1 c Diced pineapple
1 T Sweet Thai chili sauce
1/4 c Diced red and green bell
pepper
1 t Chopped cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Season the Weke filets with salt and pepper. Heat a saut
pan and saut the filets in olive oil until cooked through. In a bowl,
combine the papaya, pineapple, chili sauce, bell peppers and  cilantro.
