INGREDIENTS

1 c Plus 2 tbsp water [80 deg]
1 3/4 c All purpose flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1/2 c Cracked wheat cereal
2 tb Brown sugar; packed
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Butter or marg
2 ts Active dry yeast

INSTRUCTIONS

Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan. Level
dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a well and
add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
