INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 c Honey
1/2 ts Lemon zest (optional), finely grated

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat the butter until creamy with a wooden spoon, an electric mixer, or a
food processor. Add the honey and zest. Beat just until combined. Store,
covered, in the refrigerator until ready to use. To serve: Let stand 30
minutes at room temperature to soften.
NOTES : May use Spiced Honey in place of regular honey
