REMAIN.
2. PLACE TOPPING IN CHILLED MIXER BOWL. USING WHIP AT MEDIUM SPEED, WHIP
TOPPING 10 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL STIFF PEAKS FORM. COVER; REFRIGERATE
UNTIL READY TO SERVE.
