INGREDIENTS

2 c Half-and-half
1/3 c Sugar
2 tb Cornstarch
Whiskey

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small saucepan slowly heat half-and-half and sugar. In a small bowl
whisk cornstarch with 3 cup water. Slowly stream cornstarch into hot
mixture, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Sauce
will thicken; thin slightly, if necessar. Add whiskey, to taste. Keep warm
until ready to serve.
Yield: 2 cup
