INGREDIENTS

5 lb Sausage, sliced-2" pieces
2 c Brown sugar
2 c Ketchup
4 oz Whiskey

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix sugar, ketchup and whiskey. In a crock pot, layer with sausage, sauce,
sausage, sauce etc. Cook overnight on low. I used this recipe for deer
sausage and let it cook in the oven for about 1 hr. at approx. 325F and
served it in a big clay pot.
