INSTRUCTIONS
Finely shred the cabbage. Halve and de-seed the grapes. Cut the rind and
pith from the grapefruit, cut the flesh into quarters and slice it thinly.
Mix all 3 together in a serving bowl.
Beat the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing and fold it
into the salad.
