INGREDIENTS

3 Cloves garlic, crushed or
minced up to 4
1/4 c Butter
1/8 c Olive oil
2 Snows chopped clams
undrained
1/4 c White wine
Pepper to taste
1 T Chopped parsley, up to 2
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook garlic in butter and olive oil until limp. Add clams, wine,
parsley, and pepper, and simmer until slightly thickened. Add salt if
