Italian recipe from South Philadelphia
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly oil baking sheet using a pastry brush.
Stretch dough to fit pan. Brush top of dough lightly with oil and season
generously with garlic powder, cheese and ground pepper.
Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Serve at once.
Variation: To basic recipe, add chopped spinach, green and yellow peppers,
tomatoes, sausage or pepperoni, or any other topping of your choice.
Yield: 4 servings
