1 c MIlk
1/2 ts SAlt
1/4 ts PEpper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl wisk flour, salt, pepper and milk. Put mixture in the top of a
double boiler. Add butter, stirring constantly. Bring slowly to a boil and
cook about 2 minutes.
