INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Milk
1/2 c White wine
8 T Flour, sifted
2 T Butter
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
1/4 t Fennel seed
1/4 t Oregano
2 T Onion, finely chopped
1 T Celery, finely chopped
2 T Mushrooms, finely chopped
1 c Boneless skinless chicken
breasts cut into 3/4"
cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Brown chicken.  Add all ingredients into a pot and simmer for 20
minutes.  This is great with Rotini or Rigotoni, but you favourite
pasta will  do.  I made this up in class one day, and haven't had the
time to play  with it since, so any suggestions, or ideas would be
gladly accepted.  Per serving: 1015 Calories (kcal); 39g Total Fat;
