Ingredients: 3 sl Bacon; 1 Finely diced carrot; 1 Finely diced celery stalk; 1 Finely diced small onion; 1 c Grated havarti; 6 Whitefish fillets; 2 tb Butter; 2 c MORNAY sauce

INGREDIENTS

3	sl	Bacon
1		Finely diced carrot

6		Whitefish fillets
2	tb	Butter
2	c	MORNAY sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350. Finely dice bacon & saute. Add vegetables & sauce
until tender. Allow to cool. Combine mixture with cheese. Press
cheese mixture onto each fillet & roll. Bake in buttered pan for
15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, place on plates & cover with heated
Mornay.
