If you mother needs to boost her fiber intake try making muffins using the
following conversion. These quantities can replace 1 cup unbleached flour.
Whole Grain Flour Amount
Barley 1/2
Graham (whole wheat) 1
Rice 7/8
Rolled oats 1 1/3
Rye 1 1/4 -
