Eggs, Dairy Bread 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 t Baking soda
1 t Baking powder
1 t Salt
3 T Honey
3 T Sugar
1 Egg
3 T Butter, melted
1 c Milk plus whatever more you
need to achieve correct
texture
2 Bananas, older bananas seem
to taste better

INSTRUCTIONS

I mix all the dry ingredients, then add the egg, honey, butter, and
milk. Finally, I blend in the bananas. I use a cordless beater, which
is not capable of going too fast. Makes about 20 4" pancakes, I  guess.
I usually make "silver dollars" for my kids, so I don't count  'em.
I've also substituted apples (2), and a tsp of cinnamon for bananas,
