Buttermilk or Sour milk |

INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, blend in dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients mix
with electric mixer til blended. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoon.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and allow to cool. While cakes cool, prepare fillijng.
When COOL, take one half (one cake) and spread filling on bottom, then take
one more half (one cake) and place on top of the first. (two half's equal
one whoppie pie)
Serving Ideas : Serve with MILK
NOTES : Goes well at parties, or where finger food or snacks are used
