INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°. Place oven bag in a 2 inch deep roasting pan. Combine
all ingredients except goose and pour into the oven bag. Add the goose to
the bag, turning well to moisten all sides. Tie the bag and make 6
(1/2-inch) slits in the top of the bag. Cook for 2 to 2-1/2 hours or until
tender. Pour sauce into a bowl and skim off excess fat. Serve sauce with
goose. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
