INSTRUCTIONS
Place rice in strainer; rinse thoroughly under cold water. Place rice in
medium size heavy saucepan. Add chicken broth; heat to boiling. Reduce
heat; simmer uncovered 45-60 minutes or until rice is tender. Drain and
place in bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently. Let stand at least 2
hours for flavors to develop. Serve at room temperature or heat before
serving. Serves 6-8.
