Flour tortillas; (10-inch), warmed |
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken, cook over
medium high heat 10 to 12 minutes, or until light brown. Add water, rice
and contents of seasoning packet. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat;
simmer 5 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear and liquid is absorbed.
Stir in salad dressing.
Fill each tortilla with chicken and rice mixture; top with lettuce. Place
filling across the center of each tortilla. Fold in both sides of the
tortilla. Holding in the folded sides, roll the tortilla tightly from
bottom to top, keeping the ingredients firmly packed as you go. Slice each
wrap diagonally and serve.
