INGREDIENTS

1 T Margarine
8 c Thinly sliced iceberg
lettuce
1/2 t Sugar
1/4 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
2 c Fresh green peas

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt margarine in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add
lettuce, and cook 3 minutes or until lettuce wilts, stirring
frequently.  Stir in sugar and remaining ingredients, and cook 2
minutes. Yield: 4  servings (serving size: 1 cup).  Per serving: 100
