| Fresh leaf or head lettuce |
INSTRUCTIONS
Snip bacon into small pieces; saut. until crisp in large skillet. Stir in vinegar, water, sugar, salt, onion, and egg. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Wash and drain lettuce.
