INSTRUCTIONS
Combine spinach, cherries, scallions, apple slices, grapes, and walnuts.
Whisk together vinegar and olive oil; season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss in cheese and arrange on salad plates.
