Egg Whites 2 C Apple Puree Or Applesauce -- chilled 2 Tbsp Sugar -- to 4 TBS 1 Tsp Lemon Rind -- grated 1 Tbsp Apricot Brandy -- optional Sweet Chocolate -- grated Whip egg whites until stiff. Combine with apple puree, sugar, lemon rind and brandy, folding carefully. Spoon into serving dishes and garnish with grated chocolate. Serve cold. Serves 4. NOTES : This unusual light dessert is called boszorkany hab.
