INGREDIENTS
| 3 | (12 oz) containers frozen unsweet apple juice, concentrate, thawed & undiluted | |
| 9 | c | Water |
| 1/2 | c | Lime juice |
| 1/2 | ga | Lime sherbet, softened |
| 9 | c | Club soda, chilled |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine apple juice, water & lime juice in lrg bowl; cover mix and chill. Just before serving spoon sherbet in a large punch bowl slowly add apple mix & club soda stirring gently. yield 28 c. For added fun place a bowl of water close by with hot ice in it to create fog effect.
