INSTRUCTIONS
Mix pork,egg,soy sauce,salt & pepper. Fill won - tons. Cook in boiling
water until won-tons float to top. Remove from water. Heat chicken stock
and add won tons, ladle into soup bowls and add shallots and soy sauce.
