1 t Egg Beaters® 99% egg
Substitute, ** see note
Well beaten with:
2 T Water
1 c Whole-grain wheat flour

1 t Baking powder
1/2 t Baking soda
1/4 t Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the yogurt, water, and Egg Replacer mixture thoroughly. Combine
the remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients
to the wet ingredients and mix until moistened. Cook on a nonstick
griddle over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 2
