1/2 | c | Pecan halves |
1/4 | c | Orange juice, or brandy |
3/4 | t | Cinnamon |
1/4 | t | Nutmeg |
1/8 | t | Mace |
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash cranberries. Combine with sugar, orange slices, pecan halves, orange juice and spices in a 2 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 30 minutes.
