INSTRUCTIONS
In a large pot with a tight fitting lid, bring rice, 2 cups water,
turmeric, lemon rind, lemon juice and mustard seeds to a boil. Turn down
heat and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes, or until rice is cooked through.
Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
