mustard NOT Dijon
1 1/2 c Red wine vinegar
3/4 c Brown sugar
3 T Margarine
4 t Salt
1 T Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 t Ground black pepper, coarse
1 1/2 T Franks Louisiana hot sauce
or similar

INSTRUCTIONS

Simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, whisking while heating.  NOTES : Dr.
