INGREDIENTS
| 1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
| 1 | tb | Pureed garlic |
| 2 | tb | Fresh lemon juice |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | ts | White pepper |
| 1/2 | c | Olive oil |
| 1 | c | Plain yogurt |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix mustard, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Stir in yogurt. Makes 1-1/2 cups. Serve on 'Spinach Salad' (see recipe).
