INGREDIENTS

1 lg Garlic clove; crushed
1/4 ts Salt
1/2 c Plain yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

With the side of a chef's knife, mash garlic and 1/4 tsp. salt together to
form a paste. Place in a bowl and stir in yogurt. Season with more salt to
taste.
Makes 1/2 cup.
