INGREDIENTS

2 2/3 c Plain yogurt
1 Cucumber peeled and grated
2 T Finely chopped fresh mint
1/2 t Roasted cummin seeds
1/4 t Cayenne pepper
1 t Salt
1/4 t Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Put  the  yogurt  in a bowl.   Beat lightly with a fork or  whisk
until smooth and creamy.   Add all the other ingredients and mix.  
Cover  and refrigerate until ready to eat.  A favourite at all Indian
restaurants, this accompaniment is the  perfect partner for spicy
dishes as it has a deliciously cooling  effect on your palate.
