Hot beef drippings |
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Beat egg yolks and add with
the milk to the dry mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a
shallow baking dish containing hot beef drippings. Bake in a hot oven at
475 degrees about 20 minutes. Cut in squares and serve. Serves 6.
