Vegetable oil, for frying |
INSTRUCTIONS
Fry zucchini slices in deep oil until brown. Drain and add other
ingredients. Bring sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve on top
of Pasta.
NOTES : Best eaten cold
