INGREDIENTS
| 6 | c | Zucchini; chopped, up to 8 |
| 1 | lg | Onion; chopped |
| 1 1/2 | c | American cheese; shredded |
| 1 1/2 | c | Bisquick |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 1/2 | c | Oil |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | ts | Pepper |
| 1 | ts | Oregano |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients except eggs and oil in large bowl. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Pour into large casserole or 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
