INSTRUCTIONS
In large skillet, over medium heat, melt margarine. Add onion,zuchini and galic; cook, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in corn, Egg beater with cheese, parsley and red pepper until blended.
