INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 | c | Grated zucchini, grate it |

3 | Eggs, beaten | |
1/3 | c | Flour |
1/2 | c | Grated mozzarella cheese |
1/2 | c | Grated parmesan cheese |
1 | T | Fresh basil leaves |
minced if you don't | ||
have fresh use 1/2 | ||
teaspoon dried | ||
Salt and pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Salt zucchini lightly and let stand for 15 minutes. Squeeze out all excess moisture. Combine all crust ingredients. Spread into an oiled 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until surface is dry and firm. Brush the top with oil and broil it, under moderate heat, for 5 minutes. Pile on all of your favorite toppings. Bake about 25 minutes.
