tsp. salt & garlic salt 1 lb. lean ground meat |

lb. mushroom sliced 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
c. shredded Mozzarella and Sharp ~- Cheddar cheese 2 eggs (slightly
beaten) 1 med. sized onion (chopped) 1-8 oz. can tomato sauce 2 tsp.
oregano leaves 1 green pepper seeded & cut into thin -- strips Shred
zucchini, should make 4 cups,squeeze out moisture. Mix zucchini
and1/2 cup each of the mozzarella & Cheddarcheese and eggs. Press
mixture into agreased 10 x 15 jelly pan. Bake 400degrees in oven for
10 min. Sprinklesalt & garlic salt in frying p Margaret Simon
