Name: Zucchini Seafood Casserole
Ingredients: 4 c Zucchini; peeled and sliced 1/4 inch; 1 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix; 1 1/2 c Shredded processed sharp American cheese; 1 c Chopped onion; 1 cn (6 1/2 oz.) crab meat; drained and cartilage removed or 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained; 1/2 c Vegetable oil; 3 Eggs; beaten; 1 ts Dried oregano; 1 ts Salt; 1/2 ts Pepper

INGREDIENTS

4	c	Zucchini; peeled and sliced 1/4 inch
1 1/2	c	Bisquick baking mix

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease baking dish (12 x 7 1/2 x 2). Mix all
ingredients together. Spread evenly into casserole. Bake uncovered until
golden brown and inserted knife in center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with thinly sliced zucchini.
