2 c Minced parsley leaves
4 Scallion; minced
1/4 c Fresh mint; minced
1/2 c Lettuce leaves; minced
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Lemon juice
3/4 c Olive oil
1 Cl Garlic; minced

INSTRUCTIONS

ingredients, mixing well. Refrigerate before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
