Ezekiel 14:14 and 14:20 repeat God saying that Noah, Daniel, and Job are the most righteous men at that time.  It's a very interesting statement, because there are others to consider, like Moses and Abraham – but God does not mention them.

Daniel lived at the same time as Ezekiel – around 571BC.

After Malachi in 440BC, the Bible goes quiet and transitions into the New Testament with Jesus' birth – the most righteous man of all time.
