It’s time for humanity to grow up and see the light.  Abortion is far less civil and less humane than slavery.

Slavery Justification Abortion Justification
It’s natural that some people are slaves It’s natural that some unborn infants die
Some people are slaves as part of the natural order of the universe, or as part of God’s plan, and it is wrong to interfere with this by abolishing slavery Many sperm and eggs never survive – it’s part of the natural order of the universe, or a part of God’s plan. [it’s widely known that once the sperm and egg unite, they are the fully genetically defined person – as fully defined as a slave]
Slaves are inferior beings Unborn infants are inferior beings
Slaves are not fully human and so their suffering is as ethically unimportant as the suffering of domestic animals and they do not have any rights that would justify the abolition of slavery. Unborn infants are not fully human – they are just cells, and so their suffering is as ethically unimportant as the suffering of dandruff and unborn infants do not have any rights that would justify their preservation. [exactly the same lie given for slaves. The truth is, all humans are created equal]
Slavery is good for slaves Abortion is good for unborn infants
Slaves lack the ability to run their own lives and are therefore better-off and happier in a system where their lives are run by others. If allowed to live, their lives would be horrible and inconvenient for their parents, and so the infant is therefore better-off not being born. [killing a human outside of self-defense is murder – a crime]
Slavery would be too difficult to abolish Abortion would be too difficult to abolish
This probably is the reason why some cultures chose to tolerate slavery while trying to eradicate many of the more cruel practices This probably is the reason why some cultures choose to tolerate abortion while trying to eradicate many of the more cruel practices. [laziness is a bad excuse to avoid doing what’s right]
Slaves are essential to certain industries Abortion is essential to certain industries
A number of industries depended on slave labor, and the employers claimed that abolishing slavery would be economically disastrous. Baby-killing industries maintain their livelihood from this business, and these employers claim that abolishing abortion would be economically disastrous.
Slavery is acceptable in this culture Abortion is acceptable in this culture
Slavery was generally accepted by the majority in some societies – if ethics is a matter of public opinion (Cultural Ethical Relativism) then some would say that slavery was ethically OK in those societies where it was the cultural norm. Murdering unborn infants is tolerated by some societies – if ethics is a matter of public opinion (Cultural Ethical Relativism) then some would say that abortion is ethically OK in those societies where it is the cultural norm.
Slavery is a useful form of punishment This unborn child will not be punishment for me
Some cultures have used enslavement as a punishment. In this culture of convenience, taking responsibility and enduring the blessing of parenthood has been re-cast as a curse
Slavery is legal Abortion is legal
It doesn’t matter whether it is ethical It doesn’t matter whether it is ethical
Abolishing slavery would threaten the structure of society Abolishing abortion would threaten the structure of society
A place for everything, and everything in its place It’s cheaper to kill them than to pay to raise unborn infants?
Living in slavery is better than starving to death Killing the unborn child is better than it starving to death
In circumstances of extreme poverty, living in slavery may be the least bad available option. In circumstances of extreme poverty, the excuse is given that killing the child may be the least bad available option. The parent(s) are not willing to struggle to preserve the life of their child. [in most countries, this is not a viable excuse]
Free men should be able to become slaves if they want to People should be able to kill their unborn children if they want to
From birth, people are conditioned to find slavery acceptable From the man’s perspective: “Your body, your problem.” From the woman’s perspective: “It’s my body, I can do what I want with it.” [These people are slaves to their own selfishness.]
