May we follow the instruction of Yeshua haMashiach, Who hast said, “Again you have heard that it has been said to those of old, ‘You shall not swear falsely, but shall fulfill your vows to the Lord’. “But I say to you, do not swear at all; neither by heaven, for it is God’s throne; nor by the earth, for it is His footstool; nor by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King. Nor shall you swear by your head, because you cannot make one hair white or black. But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes’ and your ‘No’ ‘No’, For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.” {Matthew 5:33-37} 4. CONGREGATIONAL PRAYERS:

LEADER:
O Lord our God and God of our fathers, we acknowledge to Thee that we are sinners.
We have acted treasonably, aggressively and slanderously; We have acted brazenly, viciously and fraudulently; We have acted wilfully, scornfully and obstinately; We have acted perniciously, disdainfully and erratically. .
Turning away from Thy good precepts and laws has not profited us. Thou art just in all that has come upon us; Thou hast dealt truthfully, but we have acted wickedly. O Thou Who dwells on high, what can we say to Thee? Thou art in heaven, what can we declare in Thy presence? Thou knowest whatever is open or hidden. Thou knowest the mysteries of the universe and the dark secrets of every living soul. Thou dost search all the inmost chambers of man’s conscience; nothing escapes Thee, nothing is hidden from Thy sight. We thank Thee Lord that Thou hast provided atonement for all our transgressions through the sacrifice of Yeshua haMashiach, our Salvation. {Specific listing of sins}
We thank Thee for Thy atonement, O God of forgiveness. Forgive us the sins for which the early courts would inflict four kinds of death-penalty: stoning, burning, beheading, or strangling. Forgive us the breach of positive commands and the breach of negative commands, whether or not they involve an act, whether or not they are known to us. The sins known to us we have already acknowledged to Thee; and those that are not known to us are indeed well-known to You, as it is said: “What is hidden belongs to the Lord God, but what is known concerns us and our children forever, that we may observe all the commands of this Torah.” Thou art the Forgiver of Israel, the Pardoner of the tribes of Yeshurun in every generation, and besides Thee we have no King to pardon and forgive our sins. Adonai s’fawtai tiftawch ufi yagid t’hilawtechaw. O Lord open thou my lips that my mouth might declare Thy praise. Blessed art Thou, O Lord our God, and God of our fathers; God of Abraham, God of Issac and God of Jacob; Great, Mighty and Revered God, Who bestows loving kindness, and art Master of all things, Who hast graciously brought the Redeemer, Yeshua haMashiach, to provide our atonement; and wilt graciously Save Israel for Thy Holy Names sake.

We thank Thee for life, O King Who delightest in life; we thank Thee for inscribing us in the Lamb’s Book of Life, for the sake of Yeshua the Lamb of God, Who taketh away our sins.
CONGREGATION SINGS: Melech Ozair:

Our God and God of our fathers, may the remembrance of Messiah the Son of David Thy servant ascend and come and be accepted before Thee for deliverance and happiness, for grace, kindness and mercy, for life and peace on this Day of Atonement. Remember us this day, O Lord our God, for happiness; be mindful of us for blessing.

Yom Kippur . …While He bore the sins of many and for the transgressors He let (evil) befall Him. Isaiah 53:12.b Lesser’s

.
“And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His Name among ALL NATIONS, BEGINNING AT Jerusalem.” Luke 24:47. .
R.JOSEPH ALBO OF TOLEDO[SEPHER IKKARIM 28:54] The Scripture calleth the Names of Messiah also: L-rd Zidkenu, because He is the Mediator through Whom we shall get the righteousness of the L-rd. .
R.ELIJAH DE VIDAS: The meaning of He was wounded for our transgressions bruised for our iniquities is, that since Messiah bears our inquities, which produce the effect of His being bruised,it follows that whoso will not admit that the Messiah thus suffers for our iniquities must endure and suffer for them himself. [on Is. 53] .
SANHEDRIN [93B]:Messiah…What is His Name? The disciples of the school of the Rabbi [Yehudah Hanassi, the author of the Mishnah] said: Cholaja [The sickly] for it says[Is.53:4]: Surely He hath born our sicknesses & carried our pains; and we did regard Him stricken, smitten of G-d and afflicted. [See also note aa Pesiqta].
.
Rabbi Moshe el Sheikh, Chief Rabbi of Safed… “I will do yet a third thing, and that is, that ‘they shall look unto Me,’ for they shall lift up their eyes unto Me in perfect repentance, when they see Him Whom they pierced, that is Messiah,the Son of Joseph; for our Rabbi’s, of blessed memory, have said that He will take upon Himself all the guilt of Israel, and shall then be slain in the war to make an atonement in such manner that it shall be accounted as if Israel had pierced Him, for on account of their sin He has died; and therefore,in order that it may be reckoned to them as perfect atonement they will repent and look to the Blessed One, saying, that there is none beside Him to forgive those that mourn on account of Him who died for their sin; this is the meaning of ‘They shall look upon Me…'” . While He bore the sins of many and for the transgressors He let (evil) befall Him. -Isaiah 53:12.b Lesser’s . And when Israel is sinful, the Messiah seeks for mercy upon them, as it is written, “By His stripes we were healed, and He carried the sins of many; and made intercession for the transgressors.” -B’reshith Rabbah (pp.430, 671) . …..And they will look up toward Me (for every one) Whom they have thrust through, and they will lament for Him as one lamenteth for an Only Son, and weepeth bitterly for the Firstborn. -Zechariah 12:10 Lesser’s . And the heathen will look unto Me to see what I will do to those who have pierced Messiah, the Son of Joseph. -Aben Ezra . He will revive us after two days; on the third day He will raise us up, and we shall live in His Presence. -Hosea 6:2 Lesser’s This passage is applied to the resurrection and to the Messiah by R. Moses Hadarshan in Genesis 22:4. -Ber Rabbah (Frey) . SUKKOT Tishri 15, 5750

of the Shabbat rest of the earth, a 1,000 year period when Yeshua HaMashiach ben-David, shall reign as King from Jerusalem.(Rev.20:1-6). All the nations at this time will be required to keep this Festival.(Zech.14:16-21). SHABBAT……….Shabbat is the first of the Holy Days given in Scripture, as can be seen in Genesis 2:1-3. It is both Biblically and traditionally looked at as also the time of the Shabbat Rest of the earth, a 1,000 year period prior to the re-creation of the Heavens and the earth, when Yeshua Messiah ben David will reign from Jerusalem over all the earth. Tradition also states that this will occur at the end of 6,000 years of the earth’s existance, 2,000 years without Torah, 2,000 with Torah, 2,000 years age of {current time period} Messiah, and then the 1,000 years of Messiah reigning over the earth, prior to the eighth day, the re-creation. .
