INSTRUCTIONS
Mix flour, butter and nuts and bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 20 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Mix cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and 1 cup
Cool Whip. Pour over flour mixture. Mix pudding mix and milk; pour over
all. Top with Cool Whip and a few nuts.
