Glazed or Flourless Oatmeal Lace Wafers

Eggs Jewish Cookies, Low-cal, Low-fat 96 Servings

INGREDIENTS

3 Eggs; or 5 whites
2 c Sugar
2 Tablespooons applesauce
3/4 ts Vanilla
1 ts Salt
2 c Rolled oats

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat sugar into eggs, gradually. Stir in the
rest. Line cookie sheet with foil and sprayed. Drop the dough by
half-teaspoons 1 inch apart. Bake about 10 minutes or until the edges are
lightly browned. Lift foil from pan; cool until wafers can be easily
removed.
NOTES : About 8 Dozen 2-inch wafers.
