Grilled Mock Fillet Steak

INGREDIENTS

6 lb BACON;SLICED FZ
37 1/2 lb BEEF GROUND FZ
1 tb PEPPER BLACK 1 LB CN
3 oz SALT TABLE 5LB

INSTRUCTIONS

TEMPERATURE:  350 F. GRIDDLE
1. COMBINE GROUND BEEF, SALT AND PEPPER; MIX UNTIL BLENDED. SHAPE INTO
STEAKS
APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH THICK BY 4 INCHES WEIGHING 6 OZ EACH.
2.  PARTIALLY COOK 6 LB (100 SLICES) BACON (1 1/2 MINUTES PER SIDE). WRAP
ONE
SLICE BACON AROUND EACH STEAK AND SECURE WITH TOOTHPICK. GRILL STEAKS 10
MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL DONE.
