Churching the unchurched is an absolute fallacy – it is like purposing to let the tares in. It is absolutely bizarre to want to make unsaved people feel comfortable in a church. The church is not a building – the church is a group of worshiping, redeemed, and sanctified people among whom an unbeliever should feel either miserable, convicted and drawn to Christ, or else alienated and isolated. Only if the church hides its message and ceases to be what God designed the church to be, can it make an unbeliever comfortable.

Halloween: Pumpkin Patch Cake

INGREDIENTS

		Batter—-
2		18 oz boxes
		Frosting—-
		White frosting — enough for
2		Cakes
		Orange and green food
		Coloring
		Decorations—-
3		Pcs
1		Pc
		Devil's food cake mix
		Candy corn
		Black licorice

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare cake mixes according to package directions.  Except make the cakes
in  12-cup Bundt Pans with ridges (to resemble a pumpkin).  Also, take
enough batter to make one cupcake*.   Unmold pans and place them bottom to
bottom.  Set the cakes on a large platter and frost them with the white
frosting tinted orange.  Then, frost cupcake with white frosting tinted
green.  There will be a hole in the middle of the cake.  Fill with leftover
frosting and set green cupcake on top (pumpkin stem).   Place candy corn
where eyes and nose should be.  Then, place licorice where mouth should be.
